How do I select the format I want?	For any book, there is a drop-down Options window under the description. Click on the down arrow to make your selection. The books are pre-set to the download version and the discount of -$1 appears in the window.
What payment choices do I have?	Choice 1: Use your PayPal account for credit cards and/or eChecks. Choice 2: Use your Visa or MasterCard on our shopping cart checkout page. We do not accept American Express. To pay with American Express, use your PayPal account. Please remember that this is NOT an instant download! Lisa and Linda process your credit card after they come home from teaching and then they set the downloads for you if that was your choice. What are the shipping charges?	No shipping charges!	The shipping charge for a CD is $2.50. We will send all your books on one CD.
How long does it take to get my books?	You will receive a message with a link to the downloads within 24 hours (usually less time!). You will have only 7 days to download the books.Please be aware that our downloads are not instant ones! We, too, are full time Kindergarten teachers and process orders when we get home after school. Please see the special download instructions below.	We will ship your CD to you within 2 days of receiving your order.
What if I don't receive the download message?	Contact us if you have not received your download message within 24 hours. Check your Spam folder since your security program may send the message there. Also, AOL can block messages from companies and you may not receive it at all. You can also sign in to your account on our shopping cart page to go back to your order. You should see the names of the books you bought listed on the righthand side under a title called "You have a download." Just click on the titles and the books will appear.
Can I save the books to my computer?	Absolutely! You should save each one to your hard drive by clicking on the Save a Copy button on the Adobe Reader toolbar just above the book so you will have it for future use!	You can also save the books from the CD onto your computer. Save your CD as a back-up copy.
What is the benefit of each version?	Save $1 for every book you order except Calendar Refills. When you select the download version the shopping cart will automatically deduct $1 off the price. You will receive your order within 24 hours or less.	None
Are there any disadvantages of any choice?	None	It takes longer to receive your order.
Will I be able to make changes to the digital copies of the books?	No, the book files are pdf documents. Making copies of our books for purposes other than classroom use is a violation of copyright laws.	No, the book files are pdf documents. Do I need a special program to read the pdf files? Will they work on a PC or a MAC?	You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to see and print the pages. If you open a copy of a KinderLit book and you see funny boxes and strange text, you need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader which you can get at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. The files will open on either a PC or a MAC.

How to Download: Please read and follow the 5 steps listed below in order to complete your download! 1. You will receive an email from KinderLit with "KinderLit Store Order Updated" in the subject line.
2. Click on the link for Detailed Invoice.
3. Scroll down until you see the dark blue Download buttons at the bottom of the page. Click on the button for each book title.
4. When the book appears, save the file to your computer by clicking on the Save a Copy button on the Adobe Reader toolbar just above the book. We recommend that you create a new folder for all your KinderLit books and save your downloads to that folder.
5. You will be able to download for only 7 days and then the download expires. Please revisit your order during that time frame to download your books!
What if I did not receive the email message with the links for the downloads? Sometimes providers such as AOL will block messages and you will not receive the email. Here's an alternate way of getting your downloads. Just sign back into your account n our shopping cart page to go back to your order. You should see the names of the books listed on the righthand side under a blue title called "You have a download." Just click on each title and the book should appear. You can save each one to your hard drive by clicking on the Save a Copy button on the Adobe Reader toolbar just above the book.

Each KinderLit book title comes with the blackline masters to reproduce a book for each child in your classroom. Included also are complete directions for each page and pictures of finished pages. Most books contain 5 - 10 pages.


Here's what we offer
We offer a large selection of titles that can provide your students the opportunity to create their own versions of classic children’s literature. Teaching skills through literature emerges children into literacy more effectively than teaching isolated skills using drill sheets and workbooks.

	Titles Our titles include old-time favorites, books for holidays, basic skills, planting, animals, and colors, shapes, and numbers.

		Thematic Units Our KinderLit theme packets contain activities to teach skills across the curriculum such as math and science experiments. Each may vary in the materials and activities as well as the time needed to teach. All of them include a KinderLit book title which includes reproducible pages for your students’ books, complete directions for each page and pictures of finished pages.

Class Book Sets Class books give children the opportunity to contribute their work to one collaborative piece. We keep them in our class library where the children read them over and over throughout the year. Each packet includes the directions, photos of completed pages, and the reproducible words and phrases for 12 class books.

		Spanish Versions KinderLit offers 9 of our titles in both Spanish or English. Student pages are in Spanish but all directions are provided in English. English/Spanish Combo Sets These same 9 titles can also be purchased with student pages in English and in Spanish!
